TASTE
BERRY - FRUIT - VEGETABLE MARMALLADE, is another product of a group of energy foods, which, unfortunately, are still under-appreciated by the general public, often being perceived as nothing more than sweets. Our assortment includes more than 20 different marmallades. Depending on their desired application, we produce them in different consistencies. We have soft, frothed marmallades, medium-soft and firm marmallades – covered in our typical berry glazes - as well as gummy bear-like chewing candy. This natural energizer is great for everyone in times of fatigue and is a great dessert during a short tea or coffee break.

BIOLOGICAL VALUE
A healthy and valuable product.
Our marmallades are 100% natural, plant-based and contain significant amounts of carbohydrates, making them a great source of quickly accessible energy. Only natural raw materials are used in the production. Marmallades are rich in pectin and the natural berry glazes are rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Berry glazes contain up to 35g of fiber per 100g of product, which is a record amount! We also use dried berries and fruits for these glazes. We offer marmallades in various flavors, including organically produced, in 25g packaging or according to weight.
Marmallades do not contain gluten and are suitable for vegans.

COLOR
Marmallades and jellies contain only natural ingredients, without preservatives or added colorants, because the main "natural colorant" in our marmallades is the biological pigments of the berries. There are 4 groups of pigments in total: CAROTINOIDS (red, yellow, and orange pigments), ANTOCYANES (blue, red, purple pigments, depending on the pH of the environment), CHLOROPHYLL (green pigment), and PHYCOBILINS (blue, red pigments).
Our marmallades and jellies contain the first two - carotenoids and anthocyanins, which are also powerful antioxidants. Marmallades have naturally bright, saturated colors, as well as pronounced but soft shades of berry glazes.
